Smolin Painting believes in proper preparation.
Most of the time spent on a job is preparation. Every effort is made to insure that a finish will last. One method we use is to check for moisture in the walls or ceiling. If any moisture present - no painting can be done. On particularly "bad" walls a fiberglass mesh is applied which insured a longer life to the work. We recommend the best quality materials be used and we are able to provide them.
